ABOUT CLAUDIA
Claudia was raised in Peshastin, Washington surrounded by the amazing foothills of the Cascades. Lakes, rivers, mountains and blue sky taught her early to appreciate the majestic outdoors.
Claudia began oil painting in 2011. Her gratitude for God’s creation is reflected in her art. Her art is bright with bold colors and brave values. Claudia was inspired to paint by her artist mother, Dorothy Boswell. Currently, Claudia’s art is energized by NW hikes, painting with her husband, Keith, and exploring our wonderful world.
In addition to oils, Claudia enjoys other mediums such as watercolors, acrylics and hot wax. She illustrated three children’s books, as well. Claudia has studied at the University of Washington, PNW Art School , and the Jan Mack Studio.
